Artwork Requirements

We accept .jpg or .png files for images. We recommend high-resolution (300-600 DPI or at least 1600 pixels) designs.

In order to deliver the highest quality imprint possible, we require vector files like .ai or .eps. Our professional artists will reach out to you before we begin if there are any issues with your file. If you have any questions please reach out to us at orders@symglass.com

Files that will be engraved must be submitted as black and white.

On any custom order we will email you to the email address you registered with a PDF proof for you approval. We will not proceed with the order until you approve the printer artwork.

Please note added work involving cleaning or recreating any artwork will result in order delays and additional setup or graphic design fees.

symGLASS reserves the right to refuse printing of any artwork that may be deemed inappropriate, offensive, copyrighted or trademarked.
