Q: Can I use them with hot drinks or in the microwave?
A: Yes! Symglass is microwave-safe, so hot drinks like coffee or tea are totally fine. The double-walled design allows you to hold boiling drinks and protect your hands. Plus, they significantly reduce condensation for cold drinks on hot days!

A: All Symglass orders ship from our home base in Tennessee.
Q: how long does delivery take?
A: Standard Symglass orders ship within 2–3 business days. From there, delivery timing depends on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.
CUSTOM ORDERS
A: Custom Symglass orders take 7-10 from the time we finalize the design. Shipping depends on location.

A: Not yet. For now we ship within the U.S. (International shipping is on our radar though).
