symGLASS will never break, crack, or chip under normal use. 

If a symGLASS product does become defective and break under normal use, simply return it for a free replacement. Normal wear and tear (such as scratches or fading), improper care, misuse, or abuse of the products are not covered under our Lifetime Warranty. Please see our Care & Use Page for general tips.

To submit a warranty claim, please email your original order information to warranty@symglass.com and ship the defective product to:

Once we receive your item, we will evaluate the damage and, if accepted, send a replacement item at no cost to you.
